zoeyoung203.jpgZoe Young works for Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) http://www.msf.org/ ,  a non-governmental organization (NGO) that offers free medical care and humanitarian aid to poor nations -- and their populations -- worldwide.  The organization is headquartered in Switzerland and is currently on location to help earthquake victims in Peru and Sumatra.

Currently, Ms. Young is on location in the Heart of Darkness itself.  She is standing at Ground Zero for Ebola in the Democratic Republic of Congo.  She has opened her diary for the world to read.  In addition to appearing on the MSF Website, http://www.msf.org/msfinternational/invoke.cfm?objectid=1DAA2EDF-15C5-F00A-252C43D5B5FB4969&component=toolkit.article&method=full_html , the diary can also be followed at the BBC Website, http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/7001506.stm .
